We want to exceed our clients expectations (a cliché perhaps, but one that we’ll stand by).
We’re transparent, both internally and externally; we’ve nothing to hide and believe that when we do things, we do them for the right reasons.
We will try to add value wherever we can; our blogs and newsletters will be as helpful as possible. We don’t do what our clients do but we know a bit about online marketing and if our clients can use a little of our knowledge, then great.
We want to use technology wherever we can but not to the detriment of client relations (don’t you just hate those Companies that only have a customer services email address and no phone number). If we can utilise technology to improve what we do and our user experiences, then where possible we’ll try and do it.
We want to enjoy what we do; our interaction with clients and the business we create is paramount in this. We also recognise that we have lives beyond work that are really important to us. If we are enjoying what we do then this will reflect on those around us.
And against…..
We don’t like standing still; we will always look to stay one step ahead, providing our clients with market leading solutions.
We don’t like bully boy tactics; we will not be aggressive in our dealings with suppliers or clients in order to increase our margins. Yes, we’ll be commercial, but we won’t do so to the detriment of relationships with our partners.
