Chris Clark



Chris started writing short stories for fun aged 13, not knowing what to do for a living until he was 26 when he got a postgraduate diploma in Journalism.

He spent a few years freelance writing and tutoring for various sectors including education, construction and financial services. Eventually he landed his first full-time job as a ‘Digital PR & SEO Copywriter’. He’s since had stints as an online editor, campaign manager and content manager, with experience writing and running content marketing campaigns for b2b and b2c… and he still writes short stories for fun!


Chris’s job involves writing copy for clients and developing and implementing content in line with content strategies. Every day is different in terms of what he writes: web copy, blogs, longer editorials, guest posts, press releases, pillar pages, white papers, guides, ads, snippets, straplines, titles, captions, bylines, testimonials, case studies, infographics, Tweets and more!

The most important part of the job is staying focused on ensuring that the content delivers what the client needs, capturing their audience’s attention and converting readers into clients and customers.


Outside of work, Chris continues his journey to finding the best cup of coffee; the next chapter in his quest involves getting his hands on a bag of Sudanese coffee beans. Updates to follow.
