While studying marketing at Nottingham Business school, Ellen worked for The Co-operative Bank, completing a study on their merger of Britannia into the bank. The big takeaway? Communication is king. She crushed the course and left with a 1st.


Ellen’s role consists of managing our partnerships, understanding clients’ company goals and planning marketing activities to help achieve them.

‘The most important part of my role is to ensure that our clients are happy, that I’m up to date with best practices, driving marketing activities and steering the client in the right direction.’

Ellen also looks after our charity of the year and marketing for our sister company, Adviser Marketing, alongside supporting other team members.


When Ellen isn’t working, she loves getting out into the countryside, watching sunsets, sipping gin and taking care of her horse, Lily. She also enjoys seeing musicals at the theatre, and hinching (if you know, you know).
