Creative Benefits are far from your normal employment benefits consultants so it was important to show all four aspects of their business; employee benefits, wealth management, auto enrolment and the pension trust, in as striking and creative a way as possible.
Developing a new visual language for them, we created a strong brand identity which we rolled out across all their collateral.
We also designed and built a new website, using the vibrant colour coding to depict the four arms of the business. An additional challenge was to take their numerous PowerPoint presentations and proposition documents and produce just two digital brochures which explain the business in an eye-catching and cohesive way. A bit different from death by PowerPoint!
The progress made can be seen in some healthy statistics. In the three months since the new website launched, page views increased by 39% and the bounce rate was lowered by 11%.
By using personalised communications, A/B testing showed an increase in open rates across email with a 20.27% average click open rate and an unsubscribe rate of just 0.094 %.
After we ran some social media training with Creative’s consultants, @creativebens enjoyed some great engagement with 54,000 Twitter impressions, 167 retweets and an increase in LinkedIn followers over a nine month period.
